Teenagers and Students

One of the groups of people we work with is teenagers and students. Nowadays, the pressure on young people is massive and quite often they are constantly tired and dependent on high sugar snacks, coffee and sugar-loaded fizzy drinks to keep them going. Apart from being detrimental to their health, this type of behaviour often leads to bad eating habits in the long term.

We offer cooking demonstrations for students before they fly the nest, to show how to make healthy, nutritious meals on a budget and for those that have particular issues, we can arrange consultations to fit in with their timetable.
